Current Ad for Wenatchee Roofers: We are seeking 2 experienced residential roofers starting March 7th. Must be dependable, hardworking, physically able to perform duties and will follow company policies. We have projects in the Wenatchee Valley and Chelan/Manson area. Out of town projects may require four 10 hour work days. Starting at $20/hr. until craftsmanship level is confirmed. Piecework compensation also available.

Current Ad for Chelan Helpers: Roofing company seeking 4 workers in the Chelan / Manson area for residential roofing projects starting March 7th. Hours are Tuesday-Friday for 10 hours a day. Must be dependable, hardworking, physically able to perform duties and will follow company policies. Additional projects available in Wenatchee area thru September for those willing to commute. Apprentice Helper - Seeking 3 or 4 who live in the Chelan / Manson area (posted 02/07/2023)

Learn the roofing business from the bottom up starting with stocking, supplying shingles to Journeyman, and learning every role that a Journeyman is an expert at. These employees will be under constant supervision to ensure accurate training and safety measures are followed during all stages of the project. Entry-level position.

Journeyman Installer - Seeking 1 or 2 who live in the Wenatchee area (posted 02/07/2023)

Install paper, ice guard, composite shingles, and other roofing materials as necessary for the project with exceptional expertise by following all procedures documented by CSR management. Also includes tear off and other related work depending on the project. 5+ years of installation experience required to be considered.

Site Foreman - Seeking 1 who lives in the Wenatchee area (posted 02/07/2023)

Collaborate with the Manager on project goals for each site, perform safety meetings, mediate crew disputes, and distribute any documentation requested by the Manager. 10+ years of residential roofing experience required to be considered.
